Fine Art student makes stylized figure of Aisha Yesufu for his final year project

A Nigerian, Omoregie Emmanuel, has honoured fierce activist, Aisha Yesufu, with her stylized figure as his graduate project.

The artist tweeted the photo of his work to Aisha Yesufu, who said she was humbled by it.

He said: ” I thank the Lord, for this.
I am Omoregie Emmanuel, as part of the requirements for the award of B.A Fine and Applied Arts, I made a stylized Figure of Aisha Yesufu, to appreciate her roles towards contemporary activism in Nigeria.”

“Aisha Yesufu responded: “I am speechless!
I don’t know what to say. I do not take any of this for granted.Thank you,”
