Fenerbahce manager, Jose Mourinho, has admitted that the decision of their bitter rivals, Galatasaray to sign Nigerian striker, Victor Osimhen on loan was a brilliant move.
The Portuguese tactician also confessed that it was a type of deal he would have loved to do if Fenerbahce’s management had the financial capacity to bring Osimhen to the club.
Mourinho, however, noted that despite how good the player is, he “throws himself down a lot” during games.

The former Chelsea and Manchester United boss went on to say he has a good relationship with the player.
“Osimhen is a great player. If I were at a club that could give €70-75 million, I would take him.
“I have a very good relationship with him. I just don’t like the way he throws himself down a lot,” Mourinho said, as quoted by BBO Sports.
Mourinho’s relationship with Osimhen goes back to their encounters in Italy’s Serie A, where the Portuguese was managing AS Roma, and Osimhen was a standout for Napoli.
With the forward joining Galatasaray from the Italian club after failing to secure a permanent move to Chelsea and Al-Ahli, they will once again cross paths.
