After missing in action for several months, actor Femi Brainard is set for a comeback with his role in a short film, The Other 360.
Brainard plays the role of a managing director faced with the decision whether or not to employ Tolani Oladapo, played by Ayobami Olugbenga Wyse, a candidate who unknowingly insulted him during an earlier exchange.
The 18-minute flick, produced and directed by fast-rising filmmaker, Dele Ishola, is about the ordeal of everyday Nigerians in their constant bid to make ends meet.
It features up-and-coming acts like Ify Brown, Oluwatobi Abiodun Peters, Chioma Okpala and Damilola Soares.
Speaking about what inspired the project, Ishola said, “I’m a strong believer in the concept of Karma and how it plays out in daily interaction between human beings which is what this project is about. Thanks to the amazing cast I worked with; we were able to bring the story alive in a very convincing way.”
“I know I had been off the scene for a while, but after I read the script for this movie, I just I had to be a part of it. The story is one that I particularly like and I’m glad to be a part of it,” Brainard stated.
