Female bomber blew up self at FCE Kontagora

A suspected female suicide bomber has killed herself in a failed attempt on students of Federal College of Education, Kontagora in Niger State.

Details of the incident, which occurred on Wednesday afternoon are still sketchy, but a student of the college, who pleaded anonymity, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on telephone that the female suicide bomber was instantly killed while another student sustained injury.

The Police spokesman in the state, ASP Ibrahim Gambari, confirmed the incident but said they were yet to get full details of the incident.

“We shall get to you when we get full details”, he told NAN.
