Nigerian actress and TV personality, Osas Ighodaro has been slammed by fans of award-winning Afrobeats singer, Ayodeji Balogun, better known as Wizkid after they claimed she disrespected him.
Wizkid finally dropped his much-anticipated 5th and latest album ‘More Love Less Ego’ on Friday, November 11.
He went on to share a cover of the new project and the tracklist, including features from Nigerian singers Ayra Starr and Naira Marley on social media.
Reacting to the post, Nollywood thespian, Osas Ighodaro joins other celebrities to react to Wizkid’s new album release post.
Osas while congratulating Wizkid in his comment section, chose to call him by his first name, Ayo.

Prior to this, Wizkid in a recent social media post, bragged about his financial status, telling his colleagues to start adding ‘sir’ or ‘daddy’ in front of his name.
He wrote: “Moving forward! Y’all address me as Sir or daddy before u mention my name! Ok babies!”
However, responding to Osas Ighodaro’s comment, which addressed Wizkid by his first name, some fans of the Nigerian music star expressed their displeasure over her action, claiming the famous TV host disrespected their music idol.
An IG user identified as stanley_better wrote, “@officialosas you non they hear word hanty abi, call him papa or sir finish don’t call him by his name.”
Another netizen, angie_varonaan said, “@officialosas sir Ayo next don’t make such silly mistake.”
While blown_legacy added, “@officialosas put some respect on that name pls…not our big-Daddy u calling by his name auntie OSAs .”
