Fans accuse Lateef Adedimeji of jealousy after reacting to wife’s romantic dance with colleague

Popular Nollywood actor, Lateef Adedimeji, has been accused of being overprotective after he reacted to a video of his wife’s romantic dance with a colleague.

His wife, Bimpe Oyebade had shared a video on her Instagram page, where she and her colleague, Itele, danced like lovers to a traditional romantic song.

The dance that caught many fans as hilarious also triggered the husband, Lateef Adedimeji, who took to the comment session to react.

“Mummy , sa come and learn how to dance jeje,( mummy come home and learn how to dance properly )” Lateef wrote

The online community after the video clip was posted by Bimpe reacted to the video which has now gone viral on the internet.

A few of the netizens who took to the comment section of Lateef Adedimeji’s Instagram page to speak on his reaction to the video felt his response was hilarious. 

However, some of his followers did not see his response as a joke, as they accused the ace actor of being jealous and overprotective of his new wife. 

In 2021, Lateef Adedimeji and Bimpe Oyebade had a star studded Nikah ceremony at Grandeur Event Centre, Oregun Lagos State.

The lover birds had already had the traditional leg of their celebrity wedding at Ijero-Ekiti in Ekiti State on Saturday, December 18, 2021, before then.  

Meanwhile, the actor has said he is prepared for any backlash that may arise because he acted like a politician and the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu.

Adedimeji, who is currently on the movie set of the soon-to-be-released biopic movie titled, ‘Last Man Standing said: 

“There will be a lot of misconceptions, especially with everything that is happening now. However, I am prepared for whatever may happen because I am only doing my job. May God see me through.”
