On Google, the most popular entry for Nollywood actress, Chika Ike, is ‘Chika Ike Ned Nwoko.’ That is the drop down you get once you enter Chika Ike’s name in the dialog box of the search engine.
The story of her rumored marriage has gone round. Everybody seems to be interested to know whether the beautiful actress has become wife number seven for the billionaire politician, Ned Nwoko.
On Google Trend, her search queries have spiked to an all time high between September 13 and September 19, this year. This is the exact time the rumour gained traction on the social media.

Just as Chika Ike is a hot search topic on Google, so is Ned Nwoko. Even though he has been a billionaire for a while, Ned Nwoko caught the limelight when he married a Nollywood starlet, Regina Daniels in 2018.
She was 19 at the time of the marriage, while Ned Nwoko was 59, meaning he was 40 year-old at the time of Regina Daniels birth. For many, that was what gave Ned Nwoko the celebrity status, not his money.
Regina Daniels is the sixth wife and logically, she may not be the last, so the permutation goes. Who then becomes the next wife of this man whose hubby appears to be women? A fake video suddenly appeared on youtube showing Rita Daniels, Regina Daniels mother warning Chika Ike to back off Ned Nwoko.
Few days after, another video also emerged juxtaposing the photo of Chika Ike and Ned Nwoko in matrimonial garb.
On the internet, the marriage tale has been everywhere, except that there is no location for the event.
Regina Daniels has also disowned the video as false. But Nigerians are skeptical, perhaps, because Regina Daniels initially dismissed report of her relationship with Ned Nwoko until it became formal.
Chika Ike has also said she can’t be anybody’s seventh wife. The is curious because she is not only debunking the story, but poking at the idea. And this could be offensive to Regina Daniels.
But reports have indicated that Chika Ike and Ned Nwoko had dated in the past, albeit unsubstantiated. But one fact is certain, there is no marriage between Chika Ike and Ned Nwoko.
The video showing Rita Daniels repudiating Chika Ike, is a fake. A closer look will reveal that the audio and the video don’t synchronize.
