ENDSARS: Tu Face Idibia advocates work boycott

Multiple award-winning Nigerian singer, Innocent Idibia, aka TuFace and lately, 2 Baba has called on all well meaning Nigerians to boycott work as a show of support to the ongoing #EndSARS protest across the country.

Tu Baba who has been one of the very vocal celebrities in the past against the present administration and bad leadership in general through some of his songs has been in support of the current #EndSARS protest.
 Though not out on the streets like many of the younger generation of celebrities, he is constantly lending his voice on Twitter.

He believes that if there is a total shut down in the country, where everyone both in the private and public sector stays at home to show that they are not happy with the current state of things, the politicians will have no choice but to bend to the will of the people.

In February 2017, the African Queen crooner had planned for a nationwide protest tagged “I stand with Nigeria” against bad governance and the worsening economic situation at the time, which was later called off two days prior to the D-day, citing security reasons
