Elon Musk, a United States-based business mogul and owner of the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), has apologized for frustrations experienced by users regarding the platform’s algorithm.
He addressed the netizens using the platform in a concise statement issued on Friday.
Musk’s apology follows public complaints from key accounts, including Coinbase, the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the US. Coinbase recently expressed its frustrations with the X algorithm, posting on X, “My employment depends on it.”

Pudgy Penguins, a popular NFT platform, also highlighted the issue and urged the tech billionaire to intervene, requesting, “Elon, can you please make the algorithm show us more penguins?”
Reacting to the complaints, Elon Musk stated that his team is working diligently to resolve the challenges.
“My apologies for frustrations with the algorithm. We are working hard to fix the problem,” he wrote on X.
