Voting commenced around Oriade Local Development Area of Satellite Town, Lagos, at around 9.00 am.
Challenge of locating polling units by voters was prevalent. For instance, a visible enraged Vincent Mokwe of code 086, Ward F, could not locate his polling unit.
Many others were similarly stressed. Polling booth 019 was moved from original place at Market Bus Stop to Chemist Bus Stop, without notification.

Confused INEC officials and Domestic Observers, yet to locate stations as at 10. 15.
No security challenge, though. No major incidence.
