Governor Nasir El-rufai of Kaduna State has declared an eternal war against his political foes.
In a Facebook post on June 14, El-rufai said that the enmity that existed between him and his political foes, former Senators Shehu Sani and Suleiman Hunkuyi is permanent.
Sani represented Kaduna Central, while Hunkuyi , the North in the 8th Senate.
They both defected from the All Progressives Congress (APC) to other political parties as a result of the supremacy battle that existed between.
Sani later joined the People’s Redemption Party (PRP), but lost the seat to the APC’s Uba Sani.
Hunkuyi however moved to the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in a bid to contest the governorship, but failed to clinch his new party’s ticket.
In the post which has been shared 1,900 times, El-rufai mocked the two politicians and assured them that the enmity between them is permanent unless their is a reconciliation.
“KDSG congratulates Senators Suleiman Abdu Kwari and Uba Sani and wish the former senators Suleiman Hunkuyi and Shehu Sani a well-deserved retirement.
“LESSON: Unless betrayed, our loyalty and fidelity to friends are permanent and pensionable. Unless reconciled, our opposition and enmity to traitors are also permanent and pensionable,” he said.
