Mavin Records owner and music producer, Don Jazzy has subtly defended Big Brother Naija 7 ‘Level Up’ edition housemate, Groovy, on social media after he came under a barrage of criticism for flirting with three female housemates.
At the beginning of the TV show, Groovy and beauty queen, Beauty became romantically entangled and subsequently became lovers.
However, the Taraba-born housemate got 3 strikes, which led to her disqualification and eventual exit from the show. After she left, Groovy moved on to another housemate, Phyna.
The new love birds openly display affection, share bed and kiss passionately in the house, whenever they deemed it for.

Despite this, Groovy went ahead to profess he has feelings for a former Level 1 housemate and current Head of House, Chomzy, even though he is still in a romantic relationship with Phyna.
His seductive and flirtatious acts led to criticisms on social media, as some BBNaija fans, especially followers of the three women accused him of being deceitful.
Some didn’t stop at chastising him, they called for his eviction from the reality show.
Reacting to the development, Don Jazzy, via his Twitter page, asserted that everybody flirts with two or more people at the same time.
He went on to argue that most of those who get away with flirting with more than one person do so, because they are not being watched by a close circuit camera.
He wrote, “All these everybody toasting everybody, flirting with everybody, vibing with 2 or 3 people at the same time, happens everyday but we just don’t live in the same house with cameras watching every move”
