Popular Nigerian disc jockey, Florence Otedola, better known as DJ Cuppy, has shared how a story told by her grandmother helped in healing her broken heart.
Cuppy whose engagement failed recently, revealed how a story shared by her grandmother helped her to remain a “lover” despite the heartbreaks she had suffered in the past
She went on to say that the lessons learnt during the encounter also helped in changing her mindset about relationships.
According to the 30-year-old DJ, her grandma shared a special childhood story about her and it reminded her “how much of a heart” she has.

Sharing a clip of her and her sisters with her grandmother via her Instagram page, she wrote: “My grandmother shared a special childhood story about me. This is a moment I will cherish forever, it reminds me how much of a heart I still have. I am and will always be a lover. Btw, my real name is Ifeoluwa.”
DJ Cuppy recently suffered a heartbreak after her ex-lover and British boxer, Ryan Taylor ended their relationship.
The duo parted ways in July 2023, barely seven months after their shocking engagement in November 2022.
