Ace Afrobeats singer and record label owner, David Adeleke popularly known as Davido has finally reacted following allegations by Sheila, the estranged wife of his logistics manager, Israel Afeare aka Isreal DMW.

Several media outlets recently reported that Israel DMW’s estranged wife via a  series of posts on her Instagram page told Nigerians to hold her husband responsible if anything happens to her or her family.

She wrote, “If anything happens to me or any member of my family, #IsraelDMW should be held responsible.

“Going to my mum’s shop to beat her up? You wan kill pikin, kill mama join?”

“This isn’t even something to be quiet about at this point.”

Reacting to the post, her husband took to social media to address his ongoing marital crisis and accused his wife and her family of deceiving him.

He went on to explain that their marital issues began after his wife said he derives dignity in begging his boss  [Davido] and that he is his slave.

Israel DMW further claimed that Sheila told him that he had been disgracing her on social media.

However, speaking for the first time since the saga between his manager and wife unfolded, Davido on Saturday via his official X handle ( formerly Twitter) stated that one needs to speak sparingly because words are powerful.

“Speak when necessary. The words carry more value then.” he tweeted.

Israel DMW and Sheila walked down the aisle on October 20, 2022, but went their separate ways less than a year after their grand wedding, following allegations of infidelity and domestic violence.
