Davido after learning about the adventure on Twitter, told the rider to return to his state because he is not at home

Ace Afrobeats singer and record label owner, David Adeleke, better known as Davido, might have broken the heart of a man who embarked on an adventure just to see him.
This 30-year-old singer in a recent social media post, told an overzealous fan who started a road trip from Benue on his bicycle to meet him in Lagos to return to his state.
A Twitter user, @ssbbmuzi had shared photos of the fan with the handle @emmiwuks, who he claimed started riding a bicycle from Benue State to Lagos State to meet Davido.
He went on to inform other netizens that the said fan had already spent eight days on the road.

Taking to his social media page, the netizen tweeted: “A young man called @emmiwuks embarked on a Benue to #Lagos on a bicycle to meet #Afrobeat Superstar @davido He is currently on Day 8 today.”
After the post made the rounds online, Davido responded by quoting the tweet and ordered the fan to turn around and return to his state.
He further informed the rider, that he was presently out of the country.
The singer wrote, “Turn around I’m not home.”
