Burna Boy announces acquisition of Lamborghini 2022 edition

Nigerian singer, Burna Boy puts aside the online banter with Ghananian dance artist, Shatta Wale, as he acquires a new car

Singer and Grammy award-winning artist Damini Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy, has put his squabbles with Ghanaian rapper, Shatta Wale aside, as he announces the arrival of his newly acquired automobile.

The two artists have been engaging in social media banter since Shatta Wale made uncomplimentary remarks about Nigerians recently. 

The banter assumed a messy dimension as Burna Boy, who features in Shatta Wale’s song ‘Hosanna’ threw a shade at Wale after he accepted his challenge and named the Accra Stadium as the venue.

The Nigerian superstar who recently visited Ghana,  took to his Instagram page on Wednesday night to announce the acquisition of the new car.

In the post, the singer shared pictures of the new car, calling the automobile the newest addition to his Lamborghini family.

He said, “Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, Damini. God loves you, your family loves you and I love you.  You don’t had nothing else.

“2022 Novitec edition. Newest member of the Lamborghini family. ”

The 30-year-old went on to share a video, where he was seen driving one of his cars, a Ferrari, and wrote, “Practicing for my new baby with my 458. Lewis Hamilton, look out for me. I’m coming. ”
