Portugal and Manchester United midfielder, Bruno Fernandes, has said 18-year-old Argentine winger, Alejandro Garnacho is yet to reach superstar status.
He also insisted the sensational youngster can not be compared with the likes of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo for now.
Garnacho has enjoyed a breakout campaign at Man United this season, netting six goals and registering six assists in 33 games across all competitions.

He also scored a spectacular goal when Erik ten Hag’s side defeated Wolves 2-0 in their latest Premier League home clash at Old Trafford, boosting their chances of getting a Champions League spot in the process.
However, Fernandes, while speaking about his teammate recently, acknowledged that Garnacho is a special talent but insisted he still has a long way to go before reaching Messi and Ronaldo’s level.
“He is not yet a superstar. In Argentina and Portugal, the superstars are Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, so he still has a lot of work to do, but he has something special that is certain,” Fernandes was quoted by UtdPlug as saying.
Man United will travel to the Vitality Stadium on Saturday to face Bournemouth, as they continue to fight for a Champions League spot and Garnacho is expected to play a crucial role in the match.
