The swearing-in ceremony of Justice John Terhemba Tsoho as the new Acting Chief Judge of the Federal High Court was held by 10.00am today (Friday) July 26 inside the Chamber of Supreme Court of Nigeria.
The Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN) Justice Ibrahim Tanko Mohammad administered the oath of office and allegiance to Justice Tsoho.
He succeeds Justice Abdu Kafarati who retired on July 25, (yesterday) after attaining the statutory age of 65 years. Full details of story will come later.
