The Supreme Court has dismissed the application for review of its January 14, 2020 judgement that sacked former Imo State Governor Emeka Iheodiha of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and installed Hope Uzodinma, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate who came fourth.
The Apex Court said the review was lacking in merit because it cannot review its ruling on the matter.
However, not all the justices agree with the verdict as there is a dissenting judgement.
No cost has been awarded.
