BREAKING NEWS: Akwa Ibom CP Ayilara dies after surgery at LASUTH

Akwa Ibom Commissioner of Police (CP) Waheed Ayilara has died after prostrate cancer surgery at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), Ikeja.
Family sources disclosed he gave up the ghost this morning, a day after he was admitted to the hospital, according to reporting by The Nation.
“We are very sad to inform you that our friend, brother and family, the Commissioner of Police for Akwa Ibom State, Waheed Ayilara, is dead,” the family member said.
