The national power grid has collapsed for the second time this week, marking the 12th outage in the past 11 months.

The Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) has yet to release an official statement addressing the incident.
This outage follows a recent move by the Minister of Power, Adebayo Adelabu, who received an investigative report on the frequent failures on electricity supply in Nigeria on Wednesday.
However, details of the report have not yet been disclosed to the public.
