Breaking: IGP scraps FSARS with immediate effect

The Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, has announced dissolution of the dreaded Federal Special Anti Robbery Squad (FSARS) with immediate effect.

The IGP addressed the media today that officers and men of the scrapped anti-robbery squad would be accommodated in other sections in due course.
