BREAKING: IGP: Ibrahim Idris out, Adamu Mohammed in

Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG) Adamu Mohammed has been appointed as the new Inspector General of Police (IGP) by President Muhammadu Buhari, albeit in acting capacity.

The appointment effectively ends efforts by IGP Ibrahim Idris, who will clock 35 years in service on Tuesday, January 15, 2019, to get service extension.
