.Ex-governor still pleads not guilty

The immediate past governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose, has been re-arraigned before Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke of a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos Nigeria.
He was charged by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on an 11-count charge bordering on N6.9 billion money laundering.

He pleaded not guilty to all the counts.
It would be recalled that Fayose had pleaded not guilty to the same charge and same counts when he was first araigned before Justice Mojisola Olatoregun.
The case was later transfered to Justice Aneke following a petition by EFCC said that it has lost confidence on Justice Olatoregun.
