Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, son of the legendary actor Pete Edochie, has lost his first son, Kambilichukwu Edochie.
According to a source who spoke with Vanguard, the sister of Yul’s first wife, May Edochie, who was with the family at the time of the incident said the boy read throughout Tuesday night preparing for his exam on Wednesday.
After his exam in school, he joined his mates to play football and he developed a seizure and was rushed to Mother and Child Hospital. All efforts by the doctors to resuscitate him proved abortive.
This is coming two months after Yul and his first wife, May, celebrated him on his 16th birthday.
Yul wrote on Instagram, “A very happy 16th birthday to my first son, Kambilinachukwu Leo Yul-Edochie. May God lead and protect you always. With many more happy years. Daddy loves you.”
