Special adviser on media & publicity to president Muhammadu Buhari, Femi Adesina and Personal Assistant on New Media to @MBuhari, Bashir Ahmad has announced through their official twitter handles the passing on of Chief of Staff to the President, Mallam Abba Kyari.
Mr Kyari died of coronavirus and was receiving treatment at a private hospital in Lagos for the disease.

“Chief of Staff to the President, Mallam Abba Kyari, passes on. May God rest his soul. Amen. Funeral arrangements to be announced soon,” Adesina wrote.
“Chief of Staff to the President, Mallam Abba Kyari, has died. May Allah forgive his shortcomings and grant him the highest rank of Jannah. Allah ya jikan sa.” According to Ahmad.
