Ace Nollywood actress, Bimbo Akintola, has revealed why she is yet to walk down the aisle at the age of 54.
She gave the reason for her decision to remain single recently during an interview with her colleague, Emmanuel Ehumadu.
According to the veteran thespian, she is yet to get married because she lost her soul mate a long time ago.
It all started when the host of the show asked: “Are you married?”
Responding, Akintola said: “No.”, following up on the question, Ehumadu asked, “Why?”
Justifying her decision to remain single, Akintola replied, “He died…The person wey me fit do forever for don die.”

The host then probed further, “So, you don’t think you can find another man?”
Reacting to the inquiry, the actress countered, “Do you know how long it took me to find him?”
Akintola further added that she won’t allow herself to be pressured into getting married just to please people.
She, however, noted that she believes in the concept of marriage but hasn’t found the right man to settle with since losing her soul mate.
