He’ll be sentenced on July 11, four days before the Republican National Convention and faces penalties ranging from a fine to four years in prison on each count, although it’s expected he would be sentenced for the offenses concurrently, and not consecutively.
The development makes the 77-year-old the first ex-American president to be criminally convicted.

However, reacting to the judgement, Joe Biden campaign organization in a statement by its Spokesman said it is a victory for rule of law.
He also said Americans still need to keep Trump out of the Oval Office during November election.
The statement read: “In New York today, we saw that no one is above the law.
“But today’s verdict does not change the fact that the American people face a simple reality.
“There is still only one way to keep Donald Trump out of the Oval Office: at the ballot box.”
