Benue LG chair hails philanthropist, Tsar on birthday, urges others to emulate

The Executive Chairman of Ado Local Government Area of Benue State, Engr. Oche Sunday Oche, has extolled the contributions of Dr. Livinus Tsar, describing him as a beacon of service and generosity whose interventions continue to uplift communities across the state.
Tsar, a close ally of Governor Hyacinth Alia and recently appointed as the governor’s point man for Konshisha Local Council, marked his birthday at the weekend, drawing commendations from stakeholders across Benue.
In a statement issued by his media office, Oche described Tsar as “an illustrious son of Benue State” whose personal resources have been deployed to advance human and infrastructural development across all 23 local government areas.
He cited Tsar’s multi-million-naira projects particularly motorised boreholes with reticulation systems as clear evidence of his commitment to improving the living conditions of rural dwellers.
According to him, such investments complement the development agenda of Governor Alia and demonstrate a model of citizenship worthy of emulation.
The chairman noted that Tsar’s empowerment initiatives, including skill acquisition schemes and financial support for beneficiaries across the state, have continued to expand opportunities for young people and vulnerable groups.
He called on other privileged individuals to adopt similar gestures in strengthening socioeconomic growth in Benue.
“Coming outside government to fund several projects across the state is a thing of pride to the entire Benue State, and this is what we all have to emulate,” Oche said.
While congratulating the celebrant, the chairman prayed for renewed grace for Tsar, urging him to continue building human capacity within and beyond the state.
