The 32-year-old went on to say that losing his dad early in life and how the incident made his mum raise him and his siblings with a lot of love despite doing it alone, taught him not to take things to heart.

He also said there’s an inevitable end for all humans, adding that the reality has made him not take life too seriously.

Answering questions during the chat, he said: “I don’t hold grudges. I got that part of love from my mum and siblings. After my dad got assassinated, it was more or less like we need to protect ourselves. So, right there, we became one another’s protectors.

“By sticking together and protecting ourselves, we realised that you shouldn’t take life too deep. You should put it on the surface, and what will happen will happen.”

He also said Pere and Mercy’s relationship was one of his favourite highlights of the show.

Meanwhile, BBNaija All Stars runner-up, Mercy Eke, has once again admitted that her romantic entanglement with fellow contestant, Whitemoney during the reality show was part of her strategies to get votes from viewers.

She made this known while featuring as a guest on a programme anchored by popular media personality, Toke Makinwa recently.
