The controversy surrounding the claims by Maria, ex-housemate of the Big Brother Nigeria season 6 that she does not know Alex , another ex-housemate of Big Brother season 3 , has finally cooled.
Video clip of the two Reality TV stars recently surfaced on the social media and the two former housemates were seen exchanging phone numbers, hugging, and exchanging pleasantries.
This put to rest the speculation that the two ex-housemates will be at daggers drawn after Maria claimed in one of her interviews that she does not know the former housemate, who was on the show before her.
To be fair to Maria, she made attempts to clear the air on her statement, by saying she does not mean to disrespect Alex, but only saying she has not heard the name before it was mentioned to her.
Again, Maria only moved back to Nigeria recently and was formerly staying in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, where she worked as Air Hostess for Emirate Airline for some years.
Maria was seen in the viral video trying to explain the circumstances of her statement to Alex.
Alex on her part was understanding, an indication that whatever animosity that might have been caused by the interview is now a thing of the past.
The 29-year-old by-racial Maria will be remembered as a wild card entrant into BBNaija season 6 and for her romantic entanglement with Pere, a co-wild card competitor, who is still in the show.
Alex, on the other hand, will come to mind as the young no-nonsense housemate, whose greatest asset was her dancing ability during her time on the show.
