BBNaija 7 winner will go home with N100m prize money, which according to the host, is the biggest payout on any Nigerian TV show

Big Brother Naija season 7, one of the biggest reality TV shows in Africa, commenced on Saturday, July 23, with show host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu introducing the first set of housemates to fans.
Keeping faith with the season 6, ‘ Shine Ya Eye’ edition, BBNaija 7 will launch for two days, July 23 and 24 and will commence from 7:00pm on both days.
Day one started with a live audience in attendance, while the show anchor said another pre-COVID element, the Ninjas, will play an active part this season.
According to him, the winner of this year’s show will go home with N100m prize money, which is the biggest payout on any Nigerian TV show.

Groovy, a 26-year-old artiste from Anambra state was the first to be introduced to the audience, he was followed by Beauty, a 24-year-old lawyer and an ex-beauty queen.
Ebuka then introduced 22-year-old Khalid from Plateau state, a lover of basketball, next on stage was adventurous and controversial Kogi State-born girl, Ilebaye.
She was followed by Cyph, who is a tech professional, next to him was Amaka, a 23-year-old who works as administrative staff with a school
A moment of controversy ensued shortly after the host introduced a 29-year-old married man, Kess, who asserted his wife allowed him to mingle.
After that, a 22-year-old poet, Daniella, from Cross River State walked on to the stage, she was followed by Pharmsavi, a Pharmacist from Akwa State.
Ebuka then introduced Phyna, a female model from Edo State, Bryann, an artiste from Imo State was next, while Christy O, a 23-year-old model and tech entrepreneur was the last to grace the stage on the first night.
Two upcoming singers, Asake and Victony treated the audience to some of their hit songs, twelve more housemates are expected to be introduced on Sunday, July, 22.
