Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed, has relieved the Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Alhaji Ibrahim Gambo Galadima, of his appointment.
The decision was announced on Monday in a statement issued by the Governor’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mukhtar Gidado.
According to the statement, the dismissal, which takes immediate effect, is part of the administration’s resolve to periodically reshuffle its cabinet in order to inject fresh ideas.

Gidado added that the move is also aimed at strengthening governance and repositioning the government for improved service delivery across the state.
Gov Bala Mohammed thanked Galadima for his service to the state and wished him success in his future endeavours.
He also reassured the people of Bauchi State of his administration’s continued commitment to peace, security, and good governance. The statement added that a replacement would be announced in due course.
