Chairman of Bariga Local Government Area in Lagos State, Kolade Alabi, collapsed on Wednesday during an All Progressives Congress (APC) stakeholders’ meeting held at the party’s secretariat in Ikeja, the state capital.
Alabi was addressing party members when he suddenly slumped.

He was quickly attended to, revived on-site and immediately rushed to the hospital in an ambulance for further medical care.
Alabi is also the Lagos State chairman of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON).
