This year’s Ballon d’Or held on Monday, September 22, at the Théâtre du Châtelet in the capital of France, Paris.
In the male category, Paris Saint-Germain winger, Ousmane Dembélé won the coveted individual prize ahead of Barcelona forward, Lamine Yamal and Real Madrid striker, Kylian Mbappé.
Barcelona’s Aitana Bonmati beat Arsena’s duo of Mariona Caldentey and Alessia Russo to emerge winner in the female bracket.
