Popular Yoruba actress, Ramota Adetu, better known as Aunty Ramota, has debunked trending reports that she is in coma.
She made this known recently via her Instagram page following rumours that she had an unsuccessful Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) surgery in a hospital in Ikorodu, on Saturday, June 8.
A blogger, Tosin Silverdam while reporting the incident, claimed that the thespian had the surgery to enhance her appearance, but the procedure encountered complications, resulting in her current comatose state.
He wrote, “Aunty Ramota slipped into a coma on Saturday, June 8th, subsequent to her BBL surgery at a hospital in Ikorodu, Lagos State, due to surgical complications.”

The news later sparked a range of reactions, with some questioning the authenticity of the news, while others expressed genuine concern and hope for her prompt recovery.
Reacting to the report via a video message shared on her verified social media handle, however, Aunty Ramota denied undergoing such medical procedure.
She went on to assure her fans and other netizens that she is hale and healthy.
Speaking in Yoruba, Aunty Ramota said, “My lovers, thank you, nothing happened to me. This is my body.”
