Sani made the subtle backing via his Twitter page saying it is the right of every candidate to go to court to challenge their defeat.

“Those who want to make a call to their opponents are at liberty; those who want to send a text or WhatsApp or flash are at liberty; Those who want to go to court have the right to go to court. Those who are expecting a call and no call, they can just on their music app,”

He also hinted that he is not going to call to congratulate the person who won his seat in the just concluded election.

Mallam Uba Sani, a former Adviser to Kaduna State governor, Mallam Nasir El- Rufai, defeated Sani to clinch the Kaduna Central senatorial seat.

Sani defected from the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) to the Peoples Redemption Party (PRP) when he fell out with El- Rufai.
