Nwadinobi, who discovered to her disappointment that punctuality to school is a major problem for teachers, noticed that even the head teachers are not exempted as only 10 out of 29 teachers in one school were present as of the time of morning assembly, until 8:00 am when she left.

She, however, reminded the teachers that dedicated teachers are supposed to be in school before the morning assembly which starts by 7.30 am and charged them to change their lackadaisical attitude and become more serious and dedicated to their duties for maximum performance of pupils.
