Arsenal boss, Mikel Arteta has now won more Premier League Manager of the Month awards than the vastly experienced and highly mobile Roma coach, Jose Mourinho.
Arteta, who is less than 4 years old as a head coach, has won the award three times this season, taking his team to the top of the league and delivering some top performances along the way.
The Gunners are in terrific form and have continued to do well no matter who they face, as they have taken 50 points from the 19 games played so far.
They are also leading the league champions, Man City by 5 points with a game in hand and it is almost guaranteed that Arteta and his players will win more awards if they keep up their incredible form.

According to Standard football, the Arsenal coach has now won the award five times, which means he has picked it up one more time than Jose Mourinho, who won it 4 times in his 9 years stay in the Premier League (PL).
Arteta is one of the finest managers around and has continued to show that Arsenal made a good decision to make him their gaffer despite his lack of experience.
The ex-midfielder after his good showing, now has the trust of his players, fans and club’s management and if he wins the league, he is likely to be named the Manager of the Season.
Meanwhile, Arsenal travel to Goodison Park to face struggling Everton later today and if they win the encounter they will go 8 points clear at the top of the PL before Man City play Spurs on Saturday.
