Gabriel Jesus before joining Arsenal has won 4 Premier League titles, 4 domestic cups, a Copa America, and an Olympic gold medal

Brazilian forward, Gabriel Jesus, has revealed he decided to pitch his tent with North London Club, Arsenal because he once worked under the team’s gaffer, Mikel Arteta.
Gabriel made a £45million move from Premier League Champions, Manchester City to the Emirates after spending 7 trophy-lading years at the club.
In his first interview after putting pen to paper to seal his move to Arsenal, the Brazil international was full of praise for his new manager, whom he spent three years at the Etihad Stadium, he was the assistant coach to Pep Guardiola.

Gabriel Jesus gave an insight into his discussions with the coach and admitted their relationship and the strategic project the former Everton player is leading at the club convinced him to join.
Speaking to Arsenal.com, he said, “We spoke a couple of times about the club, the players, the project, and the future. I believe 100 per cent in Mikel. I had a very good time with him before, he’s a very good guy and a very good coach as well.
“He helped me a lot [at Manchester City]. We would always stick together after the training sessions and do some finishing or something. He’s a very intelligent guy and was an amazing player, so if he knows something he can teach me or the young players.”
The 25-year-old went on to say he was also fascinated by the size of the club, which he had been following
because of one of the club legends, since his growing up days in Sao Paulo.
He also praised the massive and beautiful stadium, saying he is itching to play alongside some of the young and talented players on the team, some of whom are his compatriots.
He added, “I followed Arsenal when I was young because of [Thierry] Henry.
“Obviously I didn’t follow too many European teams but when I saw some of the players that played here, I was like “wow, this club is big.” When I played against Arsenal! was looking at the Emirates and it was a very good stadium, so I’m very excited to play here.
“I’m so happy to sign for this big club. Since day one when I knew 1 could come to play for Arsenal, I was happy. I know the staff, I know some players, the Brazilian ones. I know there are a lot of top players. They are young and I’m still young as well,
“So I am so happy to be here to help. I come to help, to learn as well, and to try to do my best.”
Gabriel Jesus is the latest addition to the Arsenal squad, the club have previously signed 3 other players this summer, but he comes with an impressive pedigree.
The Brazilian has 4 Premier League titles, 4 domestic cups, a Copa America, and an Olympic gold medal to list some of the silverware he has already won.
He is expected to bring that winning mentality into the Gunners’ dressing room ahead of an exciting 2022/23 campaign for one of the giants of London.
