Arsenal boss, Mikel Arteta has reassured that Eddie Nketiah will get his scoring form back despite failing to take any of three good opportunities during their 3-1 loss to Manchester City.
Eddie has fired blanks in the last four games and there are calls that Leandro Trossard who was brought from Brighton during the January window should be starting ahead of him.
Apart from the lack of goals, the Gunners also face issues at the back as their usually composed backline has started making individual errors leading to goals.
As they face Aston Villa in the early kick-off on Saturday, Mikel Arteta has a decision to make with his forward line, after the team went 3 league games without a win and dropped to second on the table.
Mikel Arteta’s men have scored just one goal from open play in the Premier League games against Everton, Brentford and Manchester City combined.

Speaking ahead of the game against Aston Villa, Arteta was asked whether Nketiah’s form had indeed dipped, along with that of Gabriel Martinelli.
Responding, the Arsenal manager was quick to point out how different the conversation could have been if fate had fallen differently against Manchester City.
He said: “The most difficult is to score goals and Eddie produced a penalty that could have been a goal,” Arteta explained. “He could have scored a hat-trick against Manchester City and then we’re talking about something else.
“Unfortunately he didn’t and so we have these debates. But we have full confidence in these kids.”
Arteta has options in the attack even though Jesus is not yet fit, Leandro Trossard who is yet to start a game has so far been impactful coming from the bench for the Gunners.
