This was disclosed in statement made available to the press on  Friday  by Rakiya Zubairo, Head, Public Relations of the Council.

The statement reads that the  Executive Secretary NSC, Mr. Hassan Bello said the terrible condition of the roads has made it impossible for shippers to clear goods from terminals within the 3 days allowed as well as return empty containers within 4 days.
