AMCON takes possession of former Kwara Gov., Ahmed’s property in Ilorin

The Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) has taken possession of a residential building of former governor of Kwara State, Abdulfatah Ahmed, in Ilorin.

The building, which is located at no 19b AbdulRazaq Road, GRA Ilorin, is one of the properties seized by AMCON following an interim order granted by the Federal High Court, Lagos.

The order was pasted on the residential building.

Transproperties and Investment Limited, Trans IT and Consulting Limited and Alhaji AbdulFatah Ahmed are the defendants in the case. 

The order also granted AMCON the possession of all the movable and immovable assets of the defendants in nine locations in Abuja, Lagos and Ilorin.
