Since Alexander-Arnold’s current contract at Anfield will expire in June 2025, meaning he will be joining Real Madrid as a free agent next year if the deal falls.
The latest development now means Alexander-Arnold has joined two other leading lights facing uncertain futures with Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk also seeing their contracts expire this summer.
