The Forum of Former Political Appointees in Ondo State (FFPA) has congratulated the Ondo State Governor, Hon Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa for his victory at the All Progressives Congress governorship primary describing it as the will of God.
In a statement by the Chairperson of the Forum and former commissioner for Women Affairs, Chief Mrs Lydia Olafunmiloye said that the forum rejoiced with the governor over the victory, describing Governor Aiyedatiwa as a loyal, hardworking and prudent man in whatever he is doing since his assumption of office as Governor in the state.
“We wish to congratulate Mr. Governor for the landmark victory at the APC governorship primary held on 20th of April 2024 throughout the eighteen local government in the state. He was elected because it is the will of God who gives power to anyone He so wishes,” the Forum noted.
They, however, appealed to the governor for quick payment of the two months’ salary arrears which Mr Governor recently approved out of the remaining three months owed them by the previous administration saying that this will again put a smile on the lips of all members of the forum.
