Governor of Oyo State, Abiola Ajimobi who failed to win a senate seat in the February 23 presidential and National Assembly elections, has again failed to deliver his polling units for his party, the All Progressives Congress (APC).
At Ajimobi’s polling unit in Ibadan South West local government, the APC scored 112 votes to come second after the PDP’s 145 votes.
A serving senator, Soji Akanbi, who was once in the APC, defected to the Action Democratic Congress (ADC), and then back to the APC after he failed to win re-election, lost his polling unit to the PDP.
