Abba Kyari, chief of staff to President Muhammadu Buhari, on Tuesday, March 24, was confirmed positive after undergoing coronavirus test.
Kyari, who returned from Germany on Sunday, was said to have possibly contracted the disease there. He was also in Egypt for a meeting on the Nigerian Electricity Regulation Commission, whose executive chairman, Prof. James Momoh, was part of.
He also attended meetings at the Villa after his return to the country.Kyari was said to have started coughing during a meeting on Sunday at the Aso Rock Villa, fuelling speculation he could have the virus.
