Gov Orji Condoles with the Army over the Death of Two Soldiers Killed by a Tanker along Enugu/Port Harcourt Expressway

 

 

Abia State Governor, Chief Theodore Orji, has commiserated with the Nigerian Army over the accident involving a petroleum tanker that claimed the lives of two of its gallant officers at Leru junction in Umunneochi Local Government Area along Enugu/Port Harcourt Expressway.

In a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Charles Ajunwa, Governor Orji condoled with the families of the deceased military officers who died in active service, describing their deaths in the accident as most painful.

The Abia State Chief Executive regretted the unfortunate incident and prayed that it does not repeat.

 

 

Governor Orji advised motorists plying the Enugu/Port Harcourt Expressway to desist from over speeding and to slow down at road blocks to avoid accidents.

 

 

He prayed God to grant the souls of the deceased officers peaceful repose.
