Former Turkish striker, Ahmet Dursun, has criticized Galatasaray attacker, Victor Osimhen, arguing that his Beşiktaş counterpart Dušan Vlahović is the superior player.
He made his feelings about the Nigerian forward known on Tuesday, 20 October, during an appearance quoted by the Turkish sports network Tivibu Spor.
Osimhen and Vlahović have both scored six goals for their respective clubs in the Süper Lig so far this season.
However, according to Dursun, Vlahović is the best striker in the Turkish league ahead of Osimhen because the latter is so “selfish”.

He further argued that the Nigerian international “plays for himself” and that this is “starting to harm both himself and his team”.
While comparing Osimhen with Vlahović, he argued that “every midfielder would want to play” with the Beşiktaş striker because he is not self-centred.
Dursun noted: “In my opinion, Vlahović is by far the league’s best striker.
”Osimhen is so selfish, a player who plays for himself. He’s starting to harm both himself and his team. Every midfielder would want to play with Vlahović.”
