NAF jet crash: Radda condoles with Tinubu, Ondo govt, victims’ families
Katsina State Governor Dikko Radda has expressed deep shock and sadness over the Nigerian Air Force ATR-42 jet crash near Igbokoda in Ondo State.
Governor Radda described the crash as a painful loss to the nation, noting that the gallant officers died in active service to the country while on a routine mission from Benin to Lagos.
He further aligned with President Bola Tinubu’s directive for a thorough investigation into the cause of the mishap to prevent future occurrences, while assuring the Armed Forces of the continued support and solidarity of the people and Government of Katsina State.
Governor Radda commiserated with Tinubu, the Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Sunday Kelvin Aneke, the government and people of Ondo State under Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, and families of the 25 victims of the tragic incident.
